The House
A bathhouse, two pools, a listening room and a living arcade, the life of the house beyond the suite.
A bright promenade without. Shadow, tension, intimacy within.
The eye adjusts slowly. The space reveals itself slowly. Arrival at The Ubud is a threshold, from the heat and light of Jl. Monkey Forest into a shadowed salon.

I — The Bathhouse
Four ritual rooms built around heat, cold, oil and quiet, with a central brazier and ritual beds. A bathhouse at commercial scale, open to guests of the house and to Ubud itself.

II — The Pools
Two large pools anchor the gardens, framed by palms, daybeds and the slow traffic of the house. The suites front the water; the water sets the pace.

III — In-Between
Between the buildings, wrought iron, vines and lanterns. Long promenades under flowering vine, and one unexpected object around every corner.

The Arcade
The only premium property on Jl. Monkey Forest with a living, breathing arcade at street level, shops and salons that draw the promenade in.
