The Balcony Suite
Bedroom opening fully to a forged-iron balcony through wall-to-wall steel-framed French doors. Daybed to the left, a small table to the right.
Type 1 · 44 sq.m
28 Suites · Six Types
Each suite shares the same architectural base, and shifts mood through colour, art and light.
A place to wake slowly. To disappear from time. To linger longer than planned.
Solid walls in charcoal, partitions that never reach the ceiling, and a front facade that opens fully to the outside. These are rooms built for rest, intimacy and the quiet pleasure of staying in.

The Six Types

Bedroom opening fully to a forged-iron balcony through wall-to-wall steel-framed French doors. Daybed to the left, a small table to the right.
Type 1 · 44 sq.m

A small house rather than a room. Downstairs, a generous daybed and a motorised cinema screen. Upstairs, a poster bed and a tub set against the window, reached by a spiral stair.
Type 2 · 55 sq.m · two storeys

A freestanding sculptural tub on a private curtained veranda fronting the main pool. Fill it cold at noon, warm at midnight.
Type 3 · 45 sq.m · outdoor bathtub

The most generous envelope in the house. A full lounge, an oversized chandelier over the bed, and a deep veranda with its own daybed.
Type 4 · 67 sq.m

Bedroom and salon in one long sweep, curtains in two layers, velvet within and linen without, moving freely in the wind.
Type 5 · 57 sq.m

An L-shaped suite with its own entry salon and reading chair, wrapped in windows on two sides.
Type 6 · 52 sq.m
Room Variations
Every suite carries its own sensual character, drawn from three moods.
01 — Emerald
Deep green walls, emerald velvet seating, a ruby chandelier over charcoal and off-white checkerboard marble.
02 — Indigo
Inky blue walls, burnt saffron velvet, a smoked-glass chandelier and a black steel four-poster bed.
03 — Charcoal
A charcoal envelope with dusty rose accents, brass lighting, minimal art and one oversized mirror.
A Note on Water
Two large pools already anchor the house, so the pool suites trade private plunge pools for something more intimate: an outdoor sculptural tub behind linen curtains, filled cold against the afternoon or warm against the night.
